Mixes well, taste is better when mixed with something like chocolate protein milk - not water. I have it for breakfast around 6AM and I am good until 10:30-11 AM. The AM protein helps keep cravings at bay which benefits my weight goals and fits my busy lifestyle. Quality of powder and mixing into fluid is very good, I also like the clean ingredients, my nutritionist approves.

I'm terrible about getting work protein but good about making smoothies. I have tried a number of vegan protein powders and this is my favorite tasting one. it helps that it has added veggies in it. I highly recommend this powder to teach your protein goals whether you workout or not.

I have been using Vega protein and greens for a while now to add more protein to my diet. You get a good amount in this size container so it lasts a while. The powder mixes easily into food. I usually get the chocolate flavored, but this time I ordered vanilla. I don't really like the vanilla, it's a bit sweet and fake tasting, but I'm sure that's a personal preference.

Great quality, great taste. I love that it also has greens not just protein. The vanilla flavor mixes in great into smoothies. It's a bit too sweet for my personal taste but I still like it. I also have pretty sensitive stomach and I can tolerate this protein mix with no issues.
