This product does work after like the first 72 hrs you take it, you have to drink alot of water in order to make it work. it doesn’t really have a taste. but I took 3 capsules (I know how my body works) but it doesn’t make you have those crampy feeling you get from different ones, it doesn’t do what like different one from different vendor that I would take, I just wish dosage was like 2 capsules not like 3 like previous one I would take from a different product I was being cheap this was cheapest one. First off, I've never taken anything like this before so wasn't sure to what to expect. That being said, I took the 3 pills a day and made sure to eat pretty healthy meals the entire time and there was little to no difference in my day compared to before. At the beginning I maybe needed the bathroom a little more often but after about 10 days there was zero affect. Should have read the reviews before buying.
