Very good product, wasn’t available anywhere in the uk therefore I ordered here of iHerb. I have not tried any other products here but the I always use lots of other ON optimum nutrition & find this is a state of the art company & 1 of the best leading brand in supplements other companies like my protein are cheap & poor quality products that don’t meet my expectations. I am a user of optimum nutrition for over 20 years.

This pre-workout is not too strong and has a great taste. 2 scoops gives you a good boost of energy. 4 scoops keeps you going! Also great option if you need and extra energy boost in the afternoon. The package isn't eco-friendly, it's only half full.

The taste isn't too strong and I like the caffeine boost of energy before working out. 3 scoops is my sweet spot for a great workout. I take 2 scoops in the AM for an energy boost if I don't have coffee.

The flavors are fantastic (Blue Raspberry and Watermelon are my favorites), and it mixes easily with water—no clumping or weird aftertaste. It’s super versatile too; I’ve used it as a pre-workout, intra-workout, and even just as an energy drink when I’m feeling sluggis
