For measuring the doses the powder comes with a measuring spoon which can hold up to one dose at a time. The powder includes 3 types of quality whey protein. The powder has an amazing smell that resembles candied rubber bananas, I put one serving (120 calories and 24 grams of protein) with a third of 1% milk and two thirds of water, the mixing time until reaching a lump-free result is very short. The taste is excellent, very reminiscent of Yotvata's banana flavored milk drink only slightly more delicate and less sweet. The more water there is compared to milk the less sweet and lighter the result (I personally like a little sweeter so I mixed only a third of milk and two thirds of water). Definitely my favorite flavor right now. An amazing taste that can be persevered with for a long time, but I still think it is worth ordering 2 different flavors to vary and not get tired. Highly recommended, in my opinion a safe choice, can be purchased in several weights, I bought a package weighing 2.27 that will probably last for several months but next time I will buy a larger package as it tastes very tasty and it is more affordable in terms of price. Can be purchased in a smaller size of 907 grams. It is highly recommended!
