In 2016 I have been in sever car accident open fractures on my femur and wrist I have been in sever pain from joint damage and scar tissue, after removing my hardware my joints were hurting so bad. I have been taking this product as requested and noticed great improvement and great sport performance I must say I basically have no pain. Great product and great brand any way so I recommend. I take 4 capsules a day (and Omega-3), and that seems to be the sweet spot that quiets the low back pain caused by inflammation/arthritis. When I stopped taking it to see what would happen, my pain came back. My chiro is the one who told me to take 4 (more than the suggested dosage), because 2 wasn't working, and she was right! I highly recommend this product for anyone dealing with pain caused by inflammation (but check with your doc first, of course).
