I really love this product because it’s so versatile I can use it pre/during or post workout. I personally use it post with a scoop of Allmax Aminocore and it’s definitely helping me reach the goals I’ve set for myself. I definitely recommend trying it if you haven’t.

Carbion‘s quality ingredient profile is pretty crazy doing an everything but kitchen sink concept but I mainly bought it to experiment with the engineered next gen carb called cluster dextrin that really rockets your performance through the roof. For most products I look for the the unflavored version as I need light taste since my hydration and fluid intake is about 2 liters per 60-90min sport training session. I only use Carbion 3x per week and only need 1/2 a serving to squeeze out what I consider to be outlier performance. It really is a luxury supplement like true ketone esters that should only be used during extreme training workouts 3-6 months per year. Electrolytes portion could be higher but get it mainly for the cluster dextrin.
I have very poor blood glucose control, to the point that I get spikes and crashes just from eating normal carbs like pasta or rice. Hence most high carb recovery drinks are out of the question for me. This works brilliantly. I make my own post-workout recovery shake using this, protein powder and creatine. I don't get any blood glucose crash and find I recover faster and have more energy for the day ahead. I train almost every day, either running or strength training, and find this really helps support a high output level.
