This organic confectioner’s erythritol is a great sugar substitute for baking and sweetening drinks. It dissolves easily, has a smooth texture, and tastes sweet without any bitter aftertaste. I love that it’s organic and doesn’t spike my blood sugar, making it perfect for keto or low‑sugar recipes. A perfect pantry staple if you want sweetness without the guilt!
I absolutely love Real Food Organic Confectioner’s Erythritol! I use it in smoothies every day and it dissolves perfectly without any gritty texture. It also works great for sweetening coffee, baking, and topping fruit — with none of the aftertaste you get from some other sweeteners. Delicious, natural, and fits perfectly with my low-sugar lifestyle. Highly recommend!
I’ve been using NOW Foods Real Food Organic Confectioner’s Erythritol for a few weeks, and it’s fantastic. It dissolves easily, blends smoothly in baked goods and drinks, and tastes clean without any aftertaste. A great natural, zero-calorie alternative to sugar for everyday use.

I bought this in order to cut down on sugar consumption. I was really impressed with this product, particularly when using in homemade ice cream. It's a little grainier than sugar and you need to be careful to mix it properly. It does produce baked goods that are slightly different than when using sugar. Of course sugar will taste better, but erythritol means you can enjoy it without the guilt.
