I use the brown sugar Besti in gluten-free squares I make every week. It is made with allulose which is a sweetener that is actually good for you, as I understand it. It has a strong caramel taste, which I particularly like. If you are using it in baking, I would recommend lowering the temperature by about twenty-five degrees (Fahrenheit) as things will tend to burn if you don’t. Also adjust your liquids a little lower.

Brown sugar substitute is difficult to find in general and basically nonexistent in Korea so I really appreciate that iHerb has this available. I've used this blend for baking and it works well when used at a 1:1 ratio though it is noticeably less sweet than regular sugar. There is no strange aftertaste, which is nice. My only gripe is the size - I wish there was a larger size, as 12oz runs out pretty fast specially when baking.

This zero calorie Monk Fruit & Allulose Blend Brown Sugar couldn't be better! It's moist, has the exact caramel flavour, is of great quality, is perfect in use for baking or just adding some sweetners to beverages and tastes exactly like normal brown sugar. Though it's really pricey but it,s worth it. the ingredients are listed well on the packaging and there is even a recipe on it. great for keto diet, generally sugar cutting and better than chemical sweetners.

Good product for baking, and very convenient that it can be used 1:1 in quantity as sugar. One limitation I found so far, is that it doesn’t work like sugar if a recipe calls for whipping eggs with sugar. Whipping this sugar substitute with eggs creates a very thick and sticky consistency, which then results in tough and sticky dough. But for normal baking tasts it performs great. I also like the caramel flavor, though it could become too much in large quantities.

i am so in love with this product, it has the cleanest ingredient list and best taste among all the 0 calorie sweeteners i have tried. the product really resembles brown sugar both in its taste and texture, the molasses-like, almost maple-like aroma adds a lovely depth to it. it is friendly for your digestion, really versatile to use in all sorts of recipes, whether it be baking, cooking, oatmeal, sauces, just about everything, and it's such a wonderful experience making all of these recipes diet-friendly.

This monkfruit allulose blend brown sugar replacement works great in baked goods. I used this in a lower carb version of "Christmas Crack" toffee; tasted great.

Wow is all I can say! the taste of this product is super yummy! I use it to make barbecue sauce. The quality and ingredients found in the product screams clean! Whoever says you can't eat sugarfree and actually enjoy it does not try hard enough. I can't say enough positive things for this allulose blend, just buy it!

This sugar alternative is my absolute favorite. It tastes great, and I love the smell and consistency. It is like brown sugar, and my favorite for my morning coffee. Absolute recommendation, even though it is a bit expensive.

Due to medical issues I was not able to tolerate allulose but I didn't realize it until after I ordered this. Otherwise, I'm sure I would have given it 4 or 5 stars because I think besti is a good brand. I've tried other products from this brand prior to discovering my restrictions and have liked them very much. Very disappointed that I couldn't utilize this product. Ended up giving it away to my son.
