I used to get colds every winter but have been taking these multivitamins for about 4 years now and have barely been sick in that whole time so they must be working. I like the taste and look forward to taking them every day. They have a similar texture to gummy sweets and are not difficult to chew plus they are vegetarian since the organic version does not contain gelatin.. My partner also enjoys the mens variety. The only downsizes I find are that sometimes the lid has been very difficult to open on arrival and I had to use a screwdriver to pry it off. It is also much more expensive than other brands. They were around $40 when I started purchasing them but now they are over $60 which makes them difficult to afford every month.
