This is not the cheapest but probably one of the best Propolis Extracts out there. No side effects and well tolerated. Terry Naturally is a well reputated company that has some great supps in their range.
I finished the whole jar but didn’t notice that benefits or side effects in health so I switched NaturaNectar Brazilian brown bee Propolis and prefer it because has less fillers in the ingredients than this, thanks
