After looking for highly rated berberine and I found this brand I agree with other reviewers I like the fact that has 500 mg per capsules as I didn’t want to take higher those at once This supposed to regulate the sugar and as I didn’t see the doctor, I don’t know how that work over last month And if that had effect and lowering my sugar
