My husband takes this product daily. He can tell if he misses a dose! I am very pleased with the high quality of Solgar products. He used to use Drs Best but wasn't getting the relief he expects. We switched brands and he saw a huge improvement in his joint pain. Might be a bit more expensive then other brands but its worth it!

This is definitely the best of its kind and has the best results. On days when I walk 12,000 steps and I haven't taken this product, I feel pain in my hips and knees. On days, I take this product, I don't feel the pain and can keep on going. I have been taking this product for years and am the only member of my family who hasn't had my hips replaced.
