Since I have a genetic mutation my body cannot absorb any vitamins, just active form of b12 and b6, this is great supplement for me. The taste is ok, quality is really great. I have so much more energy any tingles in my arms are lesser by each day so this is good for my nervous system. I highly recommend this product!
This is a great supplement to take. it helps with my immune system and overall health. Even my metabolism has improved to a great extent. it has duo combo effects with good quality
This is a game changer. We don't know if we have methylation issues, and just take methylated versions anyway. They include marvelous co-factors like the p5p version of b6 and methylated folate. Remember, don't take lab created folic acid as it is cheap and rarely absorbable, only take the natural form of folate and the methylated form is even more likely to be absorbed. Not crazy about stevia leaf but it is in there. Does everything really need to be sweet? I do like Superior Sources sublinguals - great way to absorb nutrients.
I find the full dose makes me a bit hyper, I split the pill in half with my teeth (super easy) and get 1000 % recommended dose (only). It tastes good. I wish it wasn't so red (you look like a vampire as it dissolves) but vitamins B are brightly coloured - so must be why. Can be washed off with a glass of water. I don't think it colors my teeth or veneers. These are quality ingredients, best methylated forms of these 3 vitamin Bs.
Was looking for a combo pill for both of the deficiencies I have, research says these are the best forms with no extra additional fillers. Easy dissolving on the tongue. They are expensive but if they bring my levels up then it will be worth it. Time will tell. High dose compared to multivitamin combos.
Love this super easy to take, tasty and great quality supplement! With an MTFHR mutation I need methylated ingredients to absorb the folic acid etc. they’re tiny sized which also makes daily use easy.
Really happy with product and all from Superior Source. I find it helps me with my gene variant. I started at lower dose but changed to higher of the active B12 and noticed a difference. Impressed it has Folate and B6 in it. The only downside is it having Stevia leaf which is high oxalates.
I have the Mthfr and comt gene mutation and this b12 carries the formulation required for me to better absorb folate. I have noticed a huge difference in my motility, which is a game changer. They taste great and quality is consistent.
This sublingual B12 absorbs faster and also good for people with swallowing difficulties.
need extra energy? this is my go-to for an extra boost, especially since it has methyl folate instead of folic acid in it as well.
