Good vitamins, excellent composition. Folic acid is in the best form and the dosage is excellent. Vitamin B12 is also in the composition, I have a big shortage of tests. I started to trust the natural factors company. They don't add redundant fillers like stearate or silica or silicon dioxide. I like it. Also, their recent products consider higher bioavailability rate of thr supplements, not just regular supplements. I want to assist methylation so I bought the product and the pill size is extremely tiny tiny! Very easy to swallow. I learned it's a better form than folic acid and probably the best way to provide folic acid I guess. Tiny pill doesn't give you enough time to give it justice about the taste. 😙 I think it will help with cell metabolism and nervous system, both of which I need. So i think I am benefiting from it. This products works super and imediatly with my son .High quality ingredients and perfect size and taste.The effect and it's potency you remark imediatly after usage and great for nervous system. We started with half tablet in morning and half in night and then after 2 weeks we increased it to 1 tab day and 1 night.

I have recently been tracking my nutrient and micronutrients. I could not get my B12 and folate to register what I needed per day. Maybe it's the app, but my energy level was not where I wanted it to be as well. I set out to find a supplement that would help. When I came this and looked at the ingredients, it was spot on with some of the best sources and fit my WFPB lifestyle. the package did say it contained milk and although I am dairy free for the life of me I can't figure out what source it would be coming from but it can't be much so I'm okay with that.

Gets the job done for me, but next time I'm getting something without B12 or less of it because the dosage is a bit too high and exacerbates acne for me.
