The quality is good. But I don’t know it is with crystallized sugar when I brought it. So it tastes a bit sweet for me. But it suggests that it could add to recipe so I try. I taste good and enrich the dish. S will try to add in to more dishes and do some testing. The bag package is good and zipped well.
This ginger from Now is incredible tasting. It's better than eating it fresh. I use it in tea and , especially in the morning when I first wake up. It cleanses my mouth, sinuses and so on. It's a good size package, smells awesome.I recommend this to everyone. It's a good snack anytime.
I love real foods and I love ginger that's why I guess I had high expectations from these crystallised ginger slices and they didn't exactly disappoint but they didn't exceed my expectations either .
I bought this for cooking. You could eat it to settle a sick tummy. It’s soft, easy to dice. Nice flavor, not too hot.

Lovely large slices of ginger. Many ways to use it. Plain as a snack, chopped up in muffins or other baked goods, in stir fries.
I really enjoy the NOW Foods organic crystallized ginger slices. Ginger root is an anti-inflammatory food, so this product is a better, quality snack than most items as it has just 2 ingredients - ginger root and cane sugar, both organic. There is a little bite when you taste it, but not too spicy in flavor. This product is coated with real sugar cane - I brush some of it off and it still tastes great.
This Ginger Slices are convenient and delicious to eat as snack. However they are coated with too much sugar and I had to rinse off the sugar before consuming.
The slices are all soft and sweet. it's not too sweet if you limit to 2 or 3 slices?? a slice is quite big, but it's easily divided, so you can portion control. I see myself keep ordering this product. I haven't tried the diced one , but I'll try it out for my next order.
