I bought this product after researching the new studies on HMB (MyHMB® Calcium β-Hydroxy-β-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate). HMB has been shown to help maintain muscle function and support muscle growth, especially for those over 65. He mixes it in his protein shake and doesn't even know it's there. No taste at all. He has been using it for one month now and hasn't really notice much but the studies say it can take up to 9 weeks. One container lasts a month so we will have to wait a little longer to see if it makes a difference in his muscle growth. This product is a great price point compared to all the other products on the market with HMB (MyHMB® Calcium β-Hydroxy-β-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate). They all are very expensive. If you want to give it a try this is a good starting point. I would recommend committing to at least 3 months.

I saw a review on line about HMB, and find out if you take it with Vitamin D together, it will help you build up muscle faster, and this one is perfect, I've been take it for 2 weeks, and I feels more powerful when i workout, and recover & gain muscle faster, so It works for me
