Excellent, quietens jumpy legs syndrome considerably. Used to have terrible jumpy leg syndrome at night. Having these and the jumpy legs go away. Can sleep through the night. Easy to take, will order more as so happy with them already. I don't know what else to write but say I would definitely buy them again. I started Codeage Collagen powder just before this one. The Codeage immediatly loosened up my shoulder and improved my skin. When I added this product to my regimen, I didn't immediately notice any additional benefit. Perhaps I might have noticed something if I had taken this first by itself.
