It also takes a while to dissolve, so put it into your beverage, stir, and let it sit for a few minutes before taking. I think something heavier, like a smoothie disguises the taste better. I haven’t seen any difference in my joint health yet, as I really don’t like the powder form I haven’t been taking it daily.
