Alive!® Prenatal Premium Multivitamin, Berry, 60 Vegan Softgels

My husband and I did lots of research on prenatal vitamins and this one seems to be the one that is the closest to what our body should have. I have had issues in the past with vitamins making me sick but I have had no issues with this one. I have been taking it for almost 2 years, off and on. The capsules don’t have a taste unless one is busted. I definitely recommend this prenatal vitamin.

It’s an all inclusive ingredient and vitamins and cost effective supplement. Doesn’t have an after taste and doesn’t cause constipation tho the iron dose is reasonably high. Love how the packaging is light proof

I’m nursing and I started to lose my hair so I thought this vitamins will help me but the after taste is really bad I keep burping after it with such horrible taste it makes me nauseous and I usually have good tolerance for different kinds of vitamins but this one I can’t stand

These prenatal vitamins are the only ones that don’t make me nauseous—gentle on my stomach but packed with nutrients, including methylated folate. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I love that they’re vegan and free of junk fillers. My energy levels and hair have improved noticeably too. A bit pricey, but worth every penny for mama and baby!

I ordered this based off how great the ingredients are. Seems very high quality, and doesn’t over-load you with too much. I’ve seen other brands with extremely high levels of certain vitamins/minerals (e.g. “Thorne”) and that’s actually not good for your baby. Also, this prenatal definitely gives you energy, but for this reason, I highly recommend NOT taking it before bed.
