Drink this first thing in the morning (in an empty stomach). Mix 15 ml in a small amount of water so it will be easier for you to gulp/drink. We’re on our 5th day and so far so good. Observed immediate results which was good. Just a heads up, if your teeth are on veneers like mine, rinse off or brush your teeth immediately so it doesn’t leave any green stains. Your stool will turn into dark too so don’t panic. I guess it’s a normal thing once you induce the chlorophyll in your system. This didn't do anything to alkalinize my water. It was useless.
