Helps with the urgency and frequency but not sure about the weight management claims. I am happy if it’s helping in some way at least. I started taking this supplement during my first UTI. And it has helped me with reducing the urgency and frequency. I used to take one capsule twice a day and now take one capsule once a day as maintenance. Highly recommend!
This medication has been a lifesaver for me. I've struggled with sleeplessness for years, and nothing else has worked as well as this. I've tried a few different appetite suppressors, drinking extra water, restricting snacks etc, not much as worked... for me, I take two in the am (first took one), and even when I haven't eaten much I may a feel a little hungry, but don't feel a strong urge to eat, or even cravings. I also don't have a strong desire if any, some days to eat sweets or chocolate! Some days I don't need to take it and I still eat very small portions then feel full or don't want anymore of my meal! If i take 2 in am, it lasts me ALL day, till after bedtime...and next am, and on often.

This has really controlled my appetite, I have not noticed if it helped with bladder leaks but I'm not even finished with my first bottle. I will continue to take this for the appetite suppressant.
