Great quality! The size is just right for my 10 year old. I grind the vitamins that he doesn't like into powder and encapsulate them. It is easy to swallow. Children love to chew on the empty capsule, because they like it very much, instead of crackers, they eat it

It has a great use for powder stuff like her herbs or spinach or only thing powder. The capacity is good and it’s swallows without any problems.
I order these frequently because I make my own supplements. I use these for Lion's Mane powder, beetroot, and Ashwagandha, among others. Easy to use, with very few damaged capsules in the package. A good value for the money.
I use these for Lugols iodine drops so they don't stain teeth! The sizes are a bit tricky to figure out when purchasing but I've found that these or one size bigger work well.

I have this in so many sizes and both in the vegetable capsules as well as the gelatin capsules. They are very efficient, are easy to handle and fill, last well in the pantry over time, and seal up well once you have filled them. There’s no funky smell or taste to these whatsoever.
Good but on the smaller side. I'd prefer bigger sizes gelcaps.
