Im in my 60 and suffer from arthritis in both my knees from previous meniscus surgeries. I believe the turmeric relieves the inflammation and allows me to b=do everyday activities ( yeh, like work) . I had my Dr tell me I would be getting new knees someday. This is buying me some time . Thanks ,Jim
This is an excellent quality product with ingredients that offer assistance for inflammation in the body, especially wonderful for arthritis and other forms of inflammation including all joints. We find it helpful for my husbands cardio issues as well. He has show marked improvement with lowering his pulse due to A-fib.
