This is BY FAR my absolute favorite nutritional yeast product! I use it on many things because it has a delicate cheesey flavor and a subtle flaky texture. I recently ran out and couldn't find it in stock anywhere. I tried another brand and it was very good and my husband is now hooked, so he eats that one (it's gluten-free) and I am back to my dear KAL!

This is a high quality nutritional yeast! I've been purchasing it in replacement for a more expensive item sold here but this is not worse at all! Its primary benefit for me is great source of natural B1 vitamin. It has a great mix/blend of other B vitamins, even B12, which is OK for some yeasts, even though this is not fortified. Nice taste, can even eat on its own. Can definitely recommend this one as a great source of B1 and other B vitamins.

Great product especially for vegans. Adds some of the vitamins and micronutrients that may be missing in our diet.
