I've been taking this product since last summer (2024). I had my labs drawn in April of 2025 and my LDL had dropped 30 points, with taking only 1 per day rather than 2. It did not significantly drop my AC1 blood sugar, though if I took 2 per day it might.

This is my first time trying this brand. It has been great so far. I take it with meals or right after a big meal.
Started taking this because I heard help with keeping yourself in natural ketosis. Since taking this I seen my ketone levels being around .7 after waking up instead of being at .3 and throughout the day I'm above 1.5 which is amazing. Blood sugar levels have improved along with seeing more of a consistent level on my blood pressure as well. No horrible after taste with these and the quality of the ingredients seem to be the best. The size of the capsules are easy to swallow so there's no issues with the dosage. Just remember to take it before you eat and not after because you kind of do get to jitters. But overall I am seeing all the benefits of this product.
