Quality is really good! Helps with sleep and pooping xD ... one thing I have to mention is the very very pungent taste!! So I always add it into my smoothies where I put a lot of ingredients haha... wouldn't eat it just by itself! But hey that's just me!! Otherwise happy with this product.
Most important for me was the taste and I am happy that it is not strong enough to be terrible. This is a very good amount for the price. But be aware it is SALTY…so always have a drink. Ever since I’ve been using Magnesium I don’t toss and turn.

This is the second time I am ordering this product. It helps calm my nerves and sleep better. It has helps with aches and pains. Add to fresh fruit juice or coconut juice. Or before bed time in water. Good for aching joints muscle. 💪 I sleep better.
The taste is too salty with a spicy aftertaste if it's consumed undiluted but it's potable when it's mixed with a glass of water. I'll probably continue on the tablets in the future.
I have not tried having it during the day but it is very effective if taken just before bedtime . It’s relaxing and I fall asleep 10-20 mins after taking .
