The veggie capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach, with a bit of celery aftertaste. I appreciate that the formula is clean, with Celery Seed as the main ingredient and minimal fillers. I take one capsule with a glass of water in the morning to help with occasional bloating and fluid balance after long days.

I have bought that product to use it together with 5-LOX inhibitor to promote joint health and hopefully cartilage healing. I have noticed that my guts are much more loose using it. So that's the only minus. Whether or not it is working I will have to use it for a longer time though I will try similar products to see if I can find one without the negative effect observed.

This taken with boswellia or 5 loxin will help stop i flammation of joints. SO I will try it out, and Solaray seems to have the best celery seed extract for that purpose.
