I started taking this to help lower my sky high dheas. As it turned out, God fixed that for me! but I continue to take this product to keep my adrenals happy and to regulate my cycles l, as I have pcos. I have had no side effects and I do think it brings about a more calm feeling for me. thankful to have found this.
These were recommended by a doctor as a natural antidepressant. She recommends them to all her clients. I am not so much emotionally depressed as I was low on energy because of some health issues. So I can not really say that they made a difference in my energy levels (reishi mushroom helped though) or that I noticed any kind of a difference, but maybe I was not the right candidate for them in the first place. Maybe try them if you feel that you are depressed.
I started taking these to help reduce my anxiety. Taking 1 in the morning, I found that they gave me a lot of energy for my workouts and throughout the day. Sometimes, if I had a really busy day, I would take another 1 early in the afternoon. I highly recommend them!

schhizandra and rhodiola is promoted to be a adaptogens, Probably if you need to feel the effect you must take a higher doses. the quality seems to be good. the dosage for pill is low.
