I bought a new waffle maker and this was the first waffle mix I tried. It was actually my first time making a waffle and it turned out great. It was easier to make than I thought and it tasted good. Add a hint of Himalayan salt to the finished product and you're in for a treat.

Really nice flavor due to the buttermilk. Didn't realize this were whole wheat so they have a bit richer flavor than expected. But my husband likes these because they are quick and easy to make! (Although we always double the recipe to make a full serving for our family and still have leftovers)
