We use this mix for pancakes and absolutely love how they turn out! Great quality! We have found that it is best when only mixed with milk. Adding eggs has actually made the pancakes pretty dry. So only adding milk until you get a typical pancake batter (maybe a little thinner) and let it sit on the counter and swell up and thicken for 10-15 minutes. Makes the best and fluffiest pancakes! I also use this when making my protein muffin recipe, and it turns out great for that too!

I love these kodiak cakes. The chocolate chip flavor tastes great. i have to make it when my son isn't home if I expect to eat any!

These Kodiak flapjacks are a tasty and wonderful surprise, especially if you bought them to boost your protein intake. By themselves, when made with added water, you get 15 grams of protein. Replace the water with milk and you get 18 grams of protein. Add an egg and you get 21 grams of protein! You can even make muffins and chocolate chip cookies with this mix. I love the versatility of this product, as well as the taste. It's a good buy at a reasonable price. Glad I found this
