Got recommended ( by my doc) to buy primrose oil for my breast tenderness that last several days. It works. I don’t take a lot, at max once every few days, and maybe more often leading up to my period. It works! Hardly feel any more tenderness if I’m taking it. Deva is a good brand with vegan ingredients. excellent evening primrose oil works to level hormonal balance and a quality product has better results. no animal ingredients is a must for me. the menopause experience is not fun but evening primrose makes the symptoms tolerable

I go back to this supplement every couple of years or so thinking this ingredient might help with some of my hormone issues. But I can never really notice effect. I think the quality is good, I’ve used other supplements from this brand and I really like them. The taste isn’t bad either. But it just might not be the supplement I need.
