Steel cut oats are great for digestion and have a nice chewy texture, but they do take longer to cook.

Bob’s organic steel cut oats are a staple of my morning breakfast. Lots of ways to add variety to really kick things up. I add ground sunflowers seeds, ground pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon and cut up prunes to make a healthy, hardy, get me through the day breakfast. Love it

This is my favorite brand of steel cut oats, partly because it quality product packaged well with on 1 ingredient and it's organic. Steel cut oats have more beneficial nutrition-wise than rolled oats because they are less processed. Although they do take a few minutes more cooking time but not much more. Also I like the taste better. It makes for a hearty breakfast that stays with you for awhile. I 'd recommend this product, definitely more nutritious than instant oats and even more nutritious than regular rolled oats. And this one is organic, so there's that too.
I love this product and I’m so happy Iherb sells it . The taste is perfect and so is the quality. The bag could be bigger.. you use it fast.. as it’s so good. When we have it we make it in a crockpot the evening before. Then there’s nice warm porridge all ready in the morning. Lovely!
