These oats have heft and good structural integrity, which is great for making overnight oats. Most old fashioned and quick oats dissolve after being in the fridge for a couple of hours. While I prefer 4-8 oats overnight, I've made these 14 hours ahead of time and each oat stayed intact and still had chew the next morning.
