I am 50+. I have been taking this for years. I like it because it contains a sufficient amount of iron to help with my anemia.

Amazing product!!!I I love it,have been up this multivitamin tree years and find that works well.This great blend definitely took the edge off my hot flashes. I appreciate that it has a good array of by, minerals, and herbs without being ridiculous megadoses of anything. The tablets are quite large.so that may be of concern to thot who have difficulty with swallowing, but that is not typically an issue for me .Very happy with iHerb , shipping was fast and problem-free.Highly recommended.

Been taking this daily for years now and it's been good. Number of times I've fallen sick in a year has dropped drastically (minus covid) and overall health is good. Convenient since you only need a single pill a day rather than having to take it multiple times, I never remember to. pill is a bit big and tastes awful but still manageable and gets the job done.

I’ve been taking this product for over a year, and absolutely love it. After multiple years of low Vitamin D levels, (according to lab results), I changed the multivitamin I was purchasing at large, corporate pharmacies, to this. The junk I was purchasing at these stores kept me at a 26. This is much more than a multivitamin. I will continue with this specific brand. The creator made this specifically for his wife, and all the changes, we as women, are going through.

These were great and I loved that I only had to take 1 vitamin a day (versus a lot of brands that have you taking 3 a day). Also nice that it wasn't a capsule and didn't have the capsule flavor. It would be great if they were in stock again.

This is a Great all purpose multi for women with a high quality formulation. The larger size is the best value for daily use, glass bottle package is nice, and it's ingredients include antioxidants. It is overall a good daily for prevention.
