I received this item on January 26, 2021 and I've just finished this bottle of multivitamin, today is April 8, 2021. This is a good quality Men's multivitamin that you do not have to take everyday, maximum 4 times a week with 2 to 3 days of rest a week. The tablet is big, and packed with micronutrients and to take it everyday would be a waste and expensive over time, so to keep cost low while still maintaining health, just take 3 to 4 times a week. It is well packaged in a dark glass bottle which means longer shelf life.

This vitamin is something you can feel within a few days. A complete vitamin that works. I’ve been using off and on for the past 10 years. The quality and ingredients are top notch. The size of the pill can be large for some, just cut in half if needed. Packaging is great, taste isn’t the greatest if you let sit on tongue too long! I’m late 40’s age and have been using since mid 30’s and I enjoy the benefits for this. Not to potent, but you can feel the effects from this vitamin. My only issue is that it’s expensive and the larger 90 count is often out. So I have to resort to spending a little more than I would like on the 30 count. Which makes no sense. But vitamin is worth it.
