The sweetness is mild and delicious. I put it in hot milk and drink it before going to bed to get a good night's sleep. Warm the milk in the cup in the microwave, then add the golden milk. Add 1 spoon of coconut oil.
This product is terrible! I did not expect it to be sweetened--what's the point?! And the stevia taste was so strong even someone who normally liked the taste would notice it, but I can't stand it--blech!! Was planning to add some nice raw honey but oh well...Such a waste!
