Good product with no strange aftertaste. I use it for baking instead of using flour; it's a great addition when I want to add more protein into my diet. Used up a smaller pack and now I'm buying a bigger size which is more economical and easier for storage in a container.
Clean ingredient list and mixes reasonably well for a plant protein, but the taste is very earthy and unpleasant unless blended with strong flavors. Texture can be slightly gritty. Fine nutritionally, but not enjoyable on its own. Better options exist at this price point.

Ok neutral flavor — no sweeteners, no artificial taste, exactly what I was looking for in an unflavored protein. However, the texture is a deal breaker for me. Maybe because it has both Xanthan Gum and Guar Gum in the formula, it thickens very fast — within seconds of mixing it turns into a thick, heavy sludge that's unpleasant to drink. If you plan to sip it slowly, I don't recommend it. Will not repurchase for this reason alone.
Blends well into smoothies and has no noticeable taste. I also find it doesn't cause bloating, gas, etc, like some whey-based ones do for me.
This is a healthy and safe protein mix. I prefer the “unflavored”! I will buy again.
