I use it regularly as a pre-wash therapy - apply a small amount to the roots and scalp, rubbing in lightly. I usually apply coconut oil along the lengths. I stay like this for at least 1 hour - under a heated shower cap before I wash my hair. The oil promotes good and rapid hair growth - with very good results for me personally. I also put a little bit on my eyebrows and eyelashes every night - again for faster extension. Personally, I am satisfied.
