I decided to document the food that I ate in this review comment. So people like me who struggle with digestive problems can decide whether this capsule is good for them or not. Today I had one capsule after a meal of rice with lamb and a bit of lettuce with tomatoes on the side. This food is normally gentle on my stomach but not if I had any desserts. Also I like that it natural and not strong at all. For disadvantages, I think it works not really fast — it take a bit time to feel difference. Sometimes I forget to take before meal and then I don’t feel effect much. Also if meal very heavy it help only little.
