It is believed that lutein, zeaxanthin in the macula filter light from reaching the underlying structures in the retina, thereby reducing the risk of light-induced oxidative damage that could lead to macular degeneration (AMD). The pills are small sized easy to swallow , they smell like sorbitol / sweetener , doesn’t contain animal ingredients, amazing quality , clean ingredients, nice packaging with easy lid , if you use glasses and devices all the time to study or work u need this to benefit eyesight and healthy vision
