I always use Cranberry Concentrate as I have often cystitis problems. It's impossible to eat as much amount of cranberries so the solution to have them as the concentrate in pills (not of a huge size!) is very reasonable. The dosage I use is 1-2 pills when I only notice the start of the pronlem and I continue for 3-5 days. This nrand is wellknown for its quality and I prefer this one to other options.
