I wasn’t crazy about this flavor and don’t really feel like I could see any benefit from it. The quality/ingredients seemed decent, but the taste wasn’t for me. I didn’t like the flavor, but someone else may think it’s great. No other complaints really.
It's a very nice blend. It centers me and chills me out when I'm too hyped up. Good ingredients. I love the benefits. I really like the packaging. I mixed it into a fruity tea and hardly noticed the taste of it, it doesn't taste bad. It's a quality product as I've come to expect from Four Sigmatic. I'm happy, and I hope this is always available on iHerb as I plan to buy it a lot! :)

An easy way to sneak in daily adaptogens. I mix it into my four sigmatic coffee or tea daily- clean, earthy, and energizing. Excellent value for the quality and purity.
I'm not sure the quality is so great with this one. I like Four Sigmatic's Focus just fine but even that is not as potent as some others. This Balance blend doesn't mix well even with hot water, has a taste that overwhelms whatever you mix it into, and I'm concerned about it including Ashwaganda which tends to mess with my moods and does the opposite effect of keeping me up instead of helping me sleep. Since I finished the bag I've been feeling much better and sleeping great.
I think these are really great ways to support and boost mental agility without caffeine
I like this four sigmatic mushroom blend, since it contains a good amount of different high quality mushrooms that one can take daily as a basis and then add to it if needed. And instead of having to take it as coffee or with other filler ingredients it only contains this juice powder and cinnamon. But I don't like the taste as much and it's a bit difficult to dissolve in cold beverages.
