I hope I'm not speaking too soon but for the last 5 months I've had chronic diarrhea and other stomach issues. Excellent probiotics for restoring gut flora. They are a good regular capsule size. Not too big to swallow so that’s a win. They are a little bit pricey but the product is a quality product so I don’t mind paying a little More for a good quality item.

I had a "discomfort feeling" for few weeks. I have used this product, and after about a week I felt a change. No more discomfort, and as days passed, my visits to the toilets became great pleasure again. Now I do not know if to keep using this product for maintenance, or only if whenever the situation will change again .
