Alta Health, Potassium Chloride plus Silica does the work for me that I want it to do. I take water pills and this replaces the potassium my body needs. I recently introduced this to another individual that had been hospitalized because her potassium was low and it was affecting her heart. She began taking them and has no more trouble. Great Product.
Finally something that works! The body needs the good salt and it reduces the blood pressure. Cant put my finger on it yet ,but my body feels better, the cells are nourished inside and out.

purchased on a recommendation for hair lose and muscle pain. I haven't noticed any difference yet, but I have only been taking it for a few weeks. I am going to keep using it and see how it goes.
Has helped my cramping in my legs significantly . I will continue to use this product. Seems to be great quality. I would recommend it to anyone who needs more potassium in their diet ans isnt absorbing it from their foods. Great supplement !
It’s a new brand for me. I think that the quality of this potassium supplement is pretty good as it has silica in it as well. Good minerals for people with deficiency. Nice package. The capsules are perfect size and easy to swallow. I found that the ingredients are clean.
