This is a high quality product. The packaging is made of glass, so no plastics, other than the lead, which could also have been made of metal like Solgar does, so this is a small complaint. The capsules don't stick together and are easy to swallow w/o any fishy aftertaste.
Fish oil has great quality and composition, only necessary ingredients, great size of package, acceptable taste. I use this supplement to decrease deficiency of Omega-3 in my organism, to support my immune system, heart health, mental health, to decrease inflammation, to balance cholesterol metabolism, to strengthen hair. I wonder why this product is not recommended for younger age...
