This monk fruit powder is great quality and very easy to use. it comes with a handy little scoop and one scoop is enough to sweeten most single service things. Monk fruit is the only artificial sweetener that never upsets my stomach and I've heard that some studies show it can be beneficial to the gut.

It works well for what it is. It does have a very sweet aftertaste though, so I don't use much. I combine sugar and this in my tea lattes in the morning. I find it doesn't replace the sugar and I can finish my drink off with a bit of it instead of adding extra sugar.
