I only use this about every other week because my hair doesn't seem to like high protein products, and can end up feeling dry after using them. That being said, since I added this masque to my routine, I do feel my hair getting gradually stronger from the damage done by lightening it. In my case, it also helps to use it as a co~wash, which seems to limit my already dry hair's reaction to it.

I am really impressed with this mask. The quality is amazing and hair is very nice after the use. The size is good and it lasts quite a while. I wish they had a bigger package.
