Great quality ingredients. I have always struggled with eating too much sugar and carbs and this is something that I take regularly to just help balance all that out. If you do your research about what this does, it’s amazing to learn about and it’s very helpful and beneficial for people who struggle with diabetes or other issues from sugars

I’ve been taking Paradise Herbs Banaba Leaf for a while now, and I’m pretty happy with it. Each capsule has 250 mg, and the quality feels solid—no weird aftertaste or side effects.
