This stuff gives you tons of energy. I feel like it’s a good quality product and I felt a lot of benefit of it, but I did have to be careful not to take too much because it can get a little overwhelming.
I rely on this product to help me cope with the inevitable stresses of life. I take it on an empty stomach in the morning and again during the night and it really helps me "maintain an even strain." I used to use other herbs for this purpose, but this one is the only one I need and use right now. Gaia is impeccable in their quality, and I appreciate their commitment to organic ingredients and growing methods. If you want an eleuthero root supplement, I highly recommend this one!
Love this herb as a helping hand during stressful periods when I have to have enough energy. I'm a little sensitive and can really feel the effect of this herb, but it's helpful when I need it, especially for someone who doesn't drink coffee. A great staple to have in your supplement drawer!
quality is beyond! you can taste it in the extract. pretty expensive, though.
good, I take with my postworkout regimen, all in all I recomend
Great product. Like the medium of delivery: capsules are easy to swallow. Also very happy that this product does not contain any unnecessary inactive ingredients.
iHerb is a reliable online store for supplements, vitamins, and natural products. They offer a wide range of authentic brands at good prices, with fast delivery and secure packaging. The website is easy to use, and items usually arrive fresh and sealed. Occasionally, customs fees or shipping delays can occur, but overall, iHerb is a trusted and convenient place to buy health and wellness products.
The packaging is great the quality ingredient is eleuthero and nothing else let’s see how it benefits
I've read very good things about Siberian Ginseng from fatigue to energy boosting without the jitters like coffee. Since I'm trying to drink less coffee I decided to give this a shot, especially while working 🙏🏼
High quality product - Gaia herbs are well known for quality ! It has only the necessary ingredient is the plant extract of Eleutherococcus senticosus which has many benefits as an adaptogen including handling stress, improving performance, strengthening the immune system and many more... It comes as capsules so it doesn't have any taste which is normal... Will definitely recommend this to others !
