I use it to flavour my water with magnessium malate (Albion), Borax, Zinc and Amla as these are not the greatest of flavours right, so this orange oil helps with that and offers a little healthy addition also. Helps Mens health but really the dose would need to be quite high so with just 3-6 drops in my drink I feel it is a background benefit with no sugar. Heck, sometimes I'll put in a squeezed orange or 2, a pince of sea salt and some BCAA's (Yuk!) if Im out riding the Mountains on my bike.
I like the smell of orange so I put this in my diffuser and you can tell the difference when it's organic. It's more powerful and has a cleaner, pure scent. I would buy again.
